We are happy to engage you on a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement basis in any of the models below.

  • Multi-Year Engagements

If you need a multi-year engagement, we can support your need.  With cyclic billing, and SCRUM style delivery, we approach these projects with a "bite-sized" mindset, over a long-term roadmap.

  • Short-Term Engagements

    Short Term engagements can range from 30 days to a year.  With fixed Scope, or iterative scope, we strive to understand your need, and then work to deliver it within the confines of time specified.

  • Time & Materials

    Well, it takes what it takes sometimes, and we can work to support your engagement need on a prorated utilization basis, wherein we are billing for time expended in the billing cycle, as needed.

  • Fixed-Price

    We work with you to fix the hours and price and enforce those limits without having to reach for change orders.

  • Staff Augmentation

  • BCaaS

    This is a new area for IntegraCept, LLC wherein we will contract to perform ALL BC Management functions with you for a fixed subscription price monthly.  See our BCaaS Service page for more.

  • Outsourced BCM

    Sometimes you just want someone else to manage the BC Program, and we can do that on a retainer basis, fixed price basis, fixed hours basis or as needed.  Reach out for details an we can come to an agreement.

  • Percentage Savings

    Feel like you are spending too much with your Service Provider?  Data Center replication seems bloated and costs are out of control?  We have worked with clients where we perform a cost savings approach, and then retain a percentage of the savings as our fee.

  • Billing is completed each Friday, and invoices are typically due upon receipt unless credit terms have been extended.
